
My Favorite Pre-Workout Drink
Over time, fancy pre-workout supplements can loose their effectiveness and get expensive! Even though the same goes for caffeine, this is my fav way to drink my coffee before hitting the gym! Enjoy!
- Pour cold water into your mug, about 1/4-1/2 inch deep
- Add 1 TBsp vanilla or chocolate protein powder and mix
- Add coffee and enjoy!
- Ready to lift!
Seriously, this is so simple. I am not talking about the ingredients but the process. See, I have been putting protein powder in my hot coffee and all it does is clump. I then either take a fork and scoop out clumps or drink clumpy coffee. Today was the first day I didn’t drink clumpy coffee! Nice share.
