I workout as frequently as I can. I walk 3-5 days a week and fit in anything else as my schedule allwos
I work out roughly 3 days a week give or take. Usually 2 circuit training classes and a run day. At the moment nothing is motivating me to do more. I am getting to where what I’m doing is EXTRA challenging and have a hard time keeping at it!
