Danika has always been an athlete growing up. Her husband had competed in a bodybuilding show in college and it wasn’t until 2 years later that she decided to try her hand in a bikini competition. Her husband coached her through her first competition, after that, she was hooked! Eventually, Danika achieved the great honor of winning the IFPA Pro Yorton Cup Bikini World Champion
My weight training program stays consistent with my goals always. A typical weekly weight training regimen looks like this:
Monday– Heavy Legs- quad focus
Tuesday– Shoulders and Abs
Thursday- Legs, hamstrings and glutes focus with Abs
Friday– Shoulders, Triceps and Biceps
Saturday– heavy cardio and Abs
Sunday– off day
I vary my lifts every week with the exercises I choose as well as the reps and sets. I also like to incorporate into my routines core exercises.
Balance is key with everything we do!
